Wedge wire screens, also referred to as triangular profile screens, are screens that are generally formed by placing triangular profile wedge wires at equal intervals within the desired slot distance and combining them with support profiles on the back/front surfaces using special machines and welding methods. 

This type of product, which is used as a dewatering filter in centrifuge machines especially in the chemical and salt industry, is an indispensable product for many processes in the industry, such as dewatering, filtration, solid-liquid separation, classification, drying and concentration increasing, depending on the product type. 

PRONTO sieves operate with superior performance than standard slot or perforated sieves, thanks to their machinery and production technology. The total passage area of the slots provides fast separation, minimum pressure loss and maximum energy saving. 

They are referred to as "non-clog screens" in the industry due to their unique performance. Surface and support wires are made ready for use by being welded to each other very smoothly using special machinery and welding methods.

The gaps between the profiles of the sieves form a (V) shape towards the flow direction where filtration will take place. In this way, the desired filtering occurs only in the slot (opening) length and on the surface, and the separated material flows easily through the sieve. Thus, the resistance to flow and clogging problems that occur in parallel slits along the cross-section seen in conventional sieves are not seen in PRONTO sieves.
